Carpal Tunnel?
Okay, for the past week, I've been waking up with my right wrist/hand numb. I just assumed it was from the way I've been sleeping to deal with my back being a little sore. But now I'm wondering if it's something more. Tonight, my wrist has been hurting a little, which has happened before. What hasn't accompanied it before, is the numbness and/or tingling when I bend my hand at the wrist sharply. I still wouldn't be overly concerned, except that it is basically impossible for me to give it time to heal up and still do my job. Typing probably doesn't help either. I suppose I need to see a doctor. Joy.

I picked up a brace for $10 at Walgreens, it helped some. But the best thing you can do is stay off a computer, or at least make sure your hands/wrists are in the proper position.

It's gotten a bit better. There's no pain, but in certain positions, it will tingle still. I think it is more work induced than typing. I probably should look into a brace to wear while at work to see if that clears it up.
